Based on decision letter of North Sumater governor No. 821.23/763/2007 april 16th 2007 about appointment teritority secretary of Humbang Hasundutan regency and Mendagri letter No.X.133.12/36/SJ March 23rd 2007 about concordance to appoinment candidate of teritority secretary of Humbang Hasundutan regency, the regent of Humbang Hasundutan Drs. Maddin Sihombin, M.Si inaugurate Martuaman Sudiaman Silalahi, Sh as teritority secretary of Humbang Hasundutan regency, at meeting hall, Doloksanggul, Tuesday(24/4)
In this inauguration, in his greeting, Drs. Maddin Sihombing, M Si regent say that inauguration is routine case in every orgnization with the objective to revise, make complete the organization to upgrade government performance in take care of society. Drs Maddin Sihombing, M Si regent remember to inaugurated teritority secretary that occupation is a trusteeship, do not authorization. Because of that, the regent invite all of county government line Humbang Hasundutan adjoin to take care of society preferable toward autonomous and affluent Humbang Hasundutan (HUTAMAS). This ex teritority secretary recognize that without support from society, Humbang Hasundutan county government can’t work optimally. The regent hope religion figure, tradition figure, young figure to built our lovely Humbang Hasundutan.
To the Muspida elemen that also attend this inauguration, the regent say thanx to their attendance. In this inauguration, also inaugurated the other eselon II official, Drs. Warluy Simamora as DPRD secretary of Humbang Hasundutan. Wheras eselon III official that inaugurated, Drs Tarianus Simatupang, as official of chief department persidangan DPRD Humbang Hasundutan regency
